These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Disputes should first be raised with our support team.

Unopened accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original packaging, subject to inspection. Phones and opened electronics follow manufacturer warranty and our dead-pixel check window where stated on the product page.

To start a return, contact support with your order number. Approved returns receive a prepaid return label or store credit instructions depending on the item.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. This may take several business days depending on your bank.

Items damaged by misuse, missing serial numbers, or altered warranty seals may be declined. Bundled promotions may require returning all items in the bundle.

We ship across India through insured courier partners. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed but reflect typical service levels.

Metro areas often receive orders within 2–4 business days after dispatch; other regions may take longer. Remote locations may incur additional time or surcharges as communicated before you pay.

You will receive tracking information by email or SMS when your order ships. Signature may be required for high-value devices.

If a package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contact us within 48 hours. Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier before replacement or refund.
